In this exploratory session conducted via Google Meet, both parties exchanged views on their respective missions, programs, and strategic directions.
Realizing Indonesia 2045 Vision through a Digital Talent Ecosystem
Pijar Foundation, which serves as a catalyst for change to realize the Indonesia 2045 Vision, focuses on Future Talent development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and public policy advocacy. This non-profit organization manages various programs such as Future Skills, Global Future X, Future Lestari, and Futurist Hub, all designed to prepare future talent competencies, support innovators, and strengthen cross-sector collaboration.
In a release received by milenianews.com on Monday (12/1), it was stated that one of Pijar Foundation’s flagship initiatives is Future Skills, a digital learning platform that empowers participants from diverse backgrounds to enhance their digital, leadership, and innovation skills through flexible, certified learning modules.
On the other hand, Cyber University is strengthening its position as a higher education institution at the forefront of developing competencies in digital technology and fintech. In line with future industry needs, Cyber University actively introduces educational innovations, including digital scholarship programs and curricula that are responsive to the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence and the digital economy.

Both institutions agreed to explore educational collaboration across platforms and institutions.
Pijar Foundation has extensive experience in national-scale learning programs, while Cyber University offers strong academic capacity and industry networks. Innovative approaches to empowerment and competency certification are also a key focus, with the hope of bridging formal education participants with internship opportunities, applied learning, and real employment prospects with corporate partners.
Strategic Activities to Build a Digital Talent Ecosystem
Several forms of strategic activities to be explored include seminars, workshops, and collaborative classes featuring industry practitioners and academics from both institutions. Internship programs and industry experience are also a priority, leveraging Pijar Foundation’s ecosystem and Cyber University’s partner networks to open practical opportunities in various technology sectors.
In addition, the joint development of learning modules and certified materials that can be applied on both platforms, as well as collaborative research and scientific publications that combine academic approaches with real industry needs, are also part of the planned synergy.
