Environmental & All financial activities follow transparent budgeting, strict approvals, and regular audits. Anti-fraud systems and donor compliance are integral.
We ensure fair recruitment, inclusive policies, hybrid work options, and continuous staff development through structured KPIs and 360° reviews.
Our accounting is digital-first, compliant with Indonesian standards, and includes monthly reconciliations and strong internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity.
We enforce zero tolerance for misconduct. Mandatory training, confidential reporting, and survivor-centered responses are implemented across all operations.
