Projects That Drive Lasting Impact
Our projects turn ideas into action, tackling real-world challenges through education, innovation, and policy. From community-based initiatives to national collaborations, we design programs that empower people, foster sustainable solutions, and inspire positive change. Each project is a step toward building a more inclusive, resilient, and future-ready society. Together, we transform vision into meaningful impact.

BRIDGING EDUCATION TO EMPLOYMENT
FUTURE TALENT HUB (FTH)
Future Talent Hub (FTH) is designed to shorten the time it takes for fresh graduates to land their first job. Through a combination of hands-on learning via the FTH Academy (2 months) and real-world work experience in the FTH Internship (4 months), participants are equipped with the practical skills and professional exposure needed to thrive. This initiative is a collaboration between Pijar Foundation and Temasek Foundation.

SMARTER SOLUTIONS FOR HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES
SMART SANITATION
Pijar Foundation is spearheading efforts to advance smart sanitation solutions by supporting the implementation of a groundbreaking initiative across 10 sites in Yogyakarta and Surakarta. This program introduces data-driven sanitation infrastructure designed to strengthen urban resilience, enhance community health, and optimize waste management systems. The initiative aims to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of sanitation services. Ultimately, this program not only addresses immediate public health challenges but also contributes to building healthier, more livable, and more future-ready cities.

ACCELERATING SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION IN SOUTHEAST ASIA
FUTURE GEN FOR CHANGE (FGC)
Launched collaboratively by Pijar Foundation, PoliPoli, and the British Embassy in Jakarta, FutureGen for Change empowers impact-driven entrepreneurs to address complex social and environmental challenges. This initiative emerged after a strategic MOU signing, witnessed by Japan’s Minister of Economy Ken Saito during the ASEAN–Japan Economic Co-Creation Forum (2023) in Tokyo. FGC serves as a cross-sector platform that drives evidence-based, mid-to-long-term policy innovation and functions as a testbed for scalable technologies with tangible outcomes.
