Pijar Foundation Supports the Rise of Transformational Leaders: 43 Graduates Complete National Leadership Training Program Class LXIII 2025

The Deputy Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), Purwadi Arianto, officially released 43 graduates of the National Leadership Training (PKN) Level I Class LXIII of 2025 in a ceremony held in Jakarta on Wednesday (October 22, 2025).
The ceremony was also attended by the Head of the National Institute of Public Administration (LAN), Muhammad Taufiq; Deputy for Competency Development Implementation, Tri Widodo Wahyu Utomo; and several high-ranking officials from multiple institutions.
In his remarks, Deputy Minister Purwadi expressed hope that the graduates would become senior high-ranking officials (JPT Madya) capable of becoming cross-sector initiators, breaking bureaucratic silos, and driving institutional synergy.
“We need leaders who dare to break through bureaucratic boundaries and create strategic collaborations for better public services,”emphasized Purwadi.

Also present at the event were LAN’s Principal Secretary Andi Taufik, BKN’s Principal Secretary Imas Sukmariah, Executive Director of Pijar Foundation Cazadira Fediva Tamzil, IKA PIMNAS representative Estiarty Haryani, as well as several senior officials from various ministries and government agencies.
“This achievement is not solely the result of personal effort, but also the prayers and encouragement of my family, friends, and colleagues,” said Police Commissioner (Kombes Pol.) Lalu Muhammad Iwan Mahardan, S.I.K., M.M. as top 9 national graduates.
The PKN Level I program, organized by LAN RI, is the highest tier of national strategic leadership competency development. It aims to prepare Echelon I officials to become transformational, collaborative, and adaptive leaderscapable of addressing the challenges of modern bureaucracy.
Kombes Lalu Iwan’s success brings pride not only to BGN RI but also to the people of NTB, who know him as a dedicated and compassionate police officer.
“I hope the knowledge and experience gained during this training can help strengthen cross-sector synergy and enhance BGN RI’s positive impact,”he remarked.
With the ongoing spirit of bureaucratic reform and innovation, the graduates of PKN Level I Class LXIII are expected to become drivers of change, advancing toward a professional, human-centered, and impact-driven bureaucracy that truly serves the public.
