Requirements
• Educational background in Financial Management (Accounting is also acceptable).
• Previous experience in Big 4 Consulting or a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle audits, taxation, and compliance matters according to organizational policies.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient financial processes.
