Pijar Foundation proudly congratulates Ferro Ferizka on his official appointment as Special Staff to the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

Along with this new mandate, Ferro Ferizka now transitions into a new role at Pijar Foundation as Chairman. In this capacity, he will focus on providing strategic direction to ensure the sustainability of the foundation’s vision and mission. Meanwhile, day-to-day operational leadership will be carried out by the Acting Executive Director, as part of the foundation's commitment to good governance.

With this leadership transition, we reaffirm that the mission, strategy, and direction of Pijar Foundation will remain consistent. The foundation has prepared a work plan for 2025 supported by a long-term roadmap, ensuring our continued focus on talent development, innovation acceleration, and policy advocacy.
