Every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential and build a future they believe in.
Through Future Skills for University, Pijar equips youth, professionals, and workers with practical capabilities that respond to changing labor market needs, combining digital literacy, entrepreneurship, soft skills, and pathways to employment or enterprise.

Muda Tani
Empowering the Next Generation of Farmers to Feed the Future.
Muda Tani is a collaborative initiative co-driven by the Townhall Muda movement by Pijar Foundation and the Banyumas Regency Government to inspire and prepare a new generation of agricultural leaders. Through innovative, inclusive, and locally rooted approaches, the program equips young people to create impact across the agricultural value chain while strengthening the future of Indonesia's food system.
The initiative is developed in collaboration with Audri Syahroni, Chief Executive Officer of Muda Tani and a MUDA30 2024 Awardee, in collaboration with Banyumas Regency.

Global Future Fellows brings together emerging leaders, senior decision-makers, and cross-sector partners to build trust, exchange perspectives, and shape solutions for Indonesia's most pressing challenges. Through meaningful dialogue and collaboration, the fellowship transforms diverse expertise into collective action across sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, energy security, and healthcare innovation.

Future Talent Hub
Every career begins with an opportunity.
Future Talent Hub (FTH) helps young people confidently take their first step into the world of work. Combining two months of industry-aligned learning through FTH Academy with four months of hands-on experience through FTH Internship, the program prepares participants with the skills, experience, and connections they need to succeed, through partnerships with universities, employers, industry associations, and government institutions.

Townhall Muda
The future should be shaped with young people, not just for them.
Townhall Muda is a youth dialogue platform that brings together young Indonesians, policymakers, experts, and community leaders to exchange ideas on the issues shaping the country’s future.
From these dialogues, we build Muda 30: a collective platform that turns youth aspirations into a shared agenda, helping decision-makers, institutions, and communities better understand what young people need, care about, and are ready to contribute.

ASN Berpijar
A stronger future begins with stronger public leadership.
Through programs such as ASN Berpijar and civil servant leadership initiatives, Pijar strengthens the capacity of public servants to lead with agility, collaboration, and systems thinking.
